Jody Parks is a superb professional, which is very rare in today's world. She listed our property at the right price at her suggestion, we had an acceptable offer in 13 days and closed three weeks later with the help of Knight Barry who handled the title work equally professionally. The offer was just over 1% of listing price and the listing price was very fair to both parties, considering the current market. We have no hesitation in recommending Jody. She is a hard worker with a great knowledge of the business. We are very happy with the outcome and we never expected a result this quickly. We have bought and sold many houses and this was the best experience of all. We ended up getting just over the purchase price in 2022, excluding the self chosen options after the sale.

Jody Parks was excellent. The two things where she stood out was her responsiveness and communication, additionally, she was well prepared. She knew the market very well and we had complete trust in her abilities.

In July 2021 We decided to relocate within the City of Mount Dora and sought out Jody to list our existing house because of her knowledge of the Lakes of Mount Dora community which is where the house we wanted to sell was located. When we initially made contact Jody was out of town, yet before the end of the day, had done preliminary market research on our property and gave us a ball park figure , subject to her doing a walk through. When she returned to town she visited with us the same day. She discussed current market conditions, inventory for sale in the Lakes community and what we could expect for foot traffic. We discuss the updates (which were minimal) we wanted to make prior to listing the property. We discussed staging and marketing strategies. She confirmed a recommended asking price as well as price range. Once the inspection on the house we were purchasing was complete, we contacted Jody to list the property. Through email and e signatures , we were able to accomplish that the same day. She mentioned she had been in contact with other realtors about our house coming to market after we signed. She scheduled photographs for a Friday and was able to list the house Saturday at 1:00 PM. A full price all cash offer was presented to us Sunday at 5:00 PM. After acceptance closing occurred 30 days later. During that time period Jody was in constant contact with us . The buyers did a sign away closing. Jody attended the closing with us. We appreciate all she did for us during the process and was a true professional throughout.
